    • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched for delivery.
  2. Refund Policy:

    • Refunds will only be issued for missing or damaged products. If you receive a damaged item or if any product is missing from your order, please notify us within seven (7) days of receiving your package.
    • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with clear photos of the damaged item(s) or evidence of the missing product(s).
    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  3. Return of Products:

    • Returns are accepted only for missing or damaged products.
    • If you receive a damaged item or if any product is missing from your order, please contact our customer service team within seven (7) days of receiving your package.
    • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for further instructions.
  4. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Perishable goods such as Pure Desi Ghee and Natural A2 Ghee blend bathing soap & handwash cannot be returned once opened unless they are damaged or defective.
  5. Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping costs for returning items due to damage or missing products will be covered by Indus Worldwide.
    • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items for reasons other than damage or missing products.
  6. Refusal of Refund:

    • Indus Worldwide reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned products do not meet the specified conditions outlined in this policy.
